I am suffering since 2004.in begining I have fever after then typhoid.After two months I am suffering by fear, lonliness,insomania,anxeity .I got treatment from Dr Shiv Gautam upto 2017.In2011 I suffered from breast cancer.I got treatment in bhagwan mahavir cancer hospital jaipur.I got treatment from Dr  Poonam Sharma Rewari since 2017 . Now I am not feeling well.since August 2022.So I want to consult the best psychatrist to got well

Hope you doing well.    I am ocd and depression patient taking medicine from last 5 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100,DEVENIZ 50, On 17 march my hernia operation have done .i had facing neauropathic pain from nov to jan.and after in some day i am sleeping more like till 2to 3 pm but some days it normal.. now from 3 to 4 days i am sleepin till 4 to 6pm evening. What could exactly reason... I am in very trouble because of this sleeping problem I couldn't do job .

I do workout for 20 minutes in morning and half hour running/jogging in evening. I take antidepressants for my depression. However, I can't sleep in night whenever I run in the evening (sometimes pain in my legs) which tires my body. What should I do? I don't want to stop doing workout because its helping to get out of my depression.

Due to overthinking of persons, things i have in depression since 2 months that causes my health negatively and also reduced my weight due to malabsorption.. Can you help me??

Hello, I was taking clonazepam 0.5 mg tablet for Anxiety from last 3 months. My dosage was 0.5 mg half a tablet in the morning and 0.5 mg one full tablet in the night as prescribed by the doctor. Last week my doctor told that we need to cut on the dose and suggested me to take quarter of 0.5 mg in the morning and in the night same dose 0.5 mg 1 full tablet. Since I started taking quarter ( taking half in half a tablet)of 0.5 mg , my sleep has been disturbed. I'm not getting any other symptoms but only sleep has been disturbed. Please some one let me know is this expected? Is this withdrawal symptom? If this is the withdrawal symptom for how long will it last? My doctor said if you face difficulty for 2-3 days do not have to worry and only go with the reduced dose... But it's been a week am losing sound sleep. Please help.

Which is most safe medicine during breastfeeding...flunil...uvox...or sertraline ...please suggest me...I am taking now flunil 20...can I continue or not...every psychiatrist has different different opinions...I am confused...

My housewife is been treated for last 12 years for post parttrum schizoid/ bipolar disorder/ depression/ anxiety. Recent issue that she does not like house work and like fast food,snacks, softdrinks,ice-cream and does not like normal food. Her weight is 87kg now.her current doctor has put her on lithium 800 mg daily for last 4 months.does this happen due to any side effects of medicine she has been taking for last 12 years. She keeps gossiping over phone for hours on various irrelvent points and wastes her time . She sleeps sometime for 12 hours in day.she says I am not interested to do sansaar and does not take care of any housework. We have 12 yr daughter. Whatever she like she does on own,but other daily  tasks have to be told to her then only she performs. It is like she has become dependent on other members. She will fast but not eat normal food.
