Can I take pills from Amazon . Looking for anti dipression and anxiety pills which are mild and can be taken any time . Will there be any side effects .

I am doing treatment of ocd and depression from 5y. Now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50. Now my brain quality level is very down. Ex: when i was normal i was not using calculator for my Accounting subject but now i can't Subtract and Add under 500 Number. Even in  law subject didn't need to see  any section twice. My dr change medicine clonazepam to etizolam but it discomfort me feeling increase heart rate fatigue less sleepy

I am suffering from acid reflux from 3 month ... I have suffered from this 3 years back... Now again it has relapased . I tried my best to cure this by meditation, yoga and positive affirmations. It relieve but then again relapse . I am demotivated now ... Should medicines would cure it ???

Hello, I am suffering from anxiety disorder and antidepressant are prescribed to me , which does not suits me and i have tried many alternate. Ayurvedic medicines do give me some relief but not completely. Should i continue Ayurveda or Antidepressant , I am confused that If I not take antidepressant my condition will remain same and if I take,  it wiĺl damage my brain and heart in long term. Please suggest What should I do ? My family wants me to stop the antidepressant and continue with ayurveda.

Can a severe Clinical Depression result in low Blood Pressure such as 90/53. ? I had done a thorough doctor clinic checkup. Blood pressure is decreasing day by day. Last week it was 90/60. Please let me know can it be due toy clinical depression?

My overthinking is very much extreme I am realising that I'm over thinking and not able to it, I get easily frustated and angry this is effecting my relationship bringing a fear in me that I'll lose my partner which is more tormenting to me. I start thinking ways to kill me because my overthinking and sometimes people misunderstand me in very uncertain way sometimes I've been called a psycho too which I'm not it like is if something negative happens when I'm misunderstood it makes me think why it is difficult to understand what I'm saying why they are thinking like that do I make them feel that I'm such a person. I don't know, I just want to save myself from these thoughts I don't to die.
