I have tried fluvoxamine,fluoxetine.for depression and anxiety as prescribed by psychiatrist but it works only for anxiety not for motivation/enthusiasm...which neurotransmitter(serotonin,dopamine,norepinephrone) is responsible for motivation and enthusiasm??i have low attention span as well...plz reply sir/mam

My doc prescribes me olanzapine for last 6yrs. Dose was 10mg for 4yrs, Now 15mg. Is there a chance of happening tardive dyskinesia? should I reduce dose?

I have refractory ocd. I am currently on fluvator 100,arip Mt 5 I have tried all class of medicines such as ssri ,snri tricyclic antidepressants and antipsychotics. If medications don't work ,What should I go for next like surgery or something.

I am an Engineering graduate with an aggregate of 80%,  passed the degree in 2014. Later I prepared for several government jobs but couldn't get govt job due to external factors. From the last 2 years I have been trying to get a job related to my domain but due to career gap after graduation no employer is interested in offering job to me. I am not getting any support from my family to create self employment opportunity. My own family is against me, my mother is fed up of with me. Sometimes, I lock myself up in a room & cry endlessly. Every night is a nightmare for me due to the frequent bad dreams. My hair & beard turning grey, I lost charm in my face.I don't feel energetic. Sometimes, I feel suicide is the only option. Kindly please help me.

Hello my doctor GP prescribed me alprax 0.25 for my sleeping problem..I was struggling to sleep when I get awake in midnight it takes me 1 hour or more to get back to sleep..I was using the medicine it was good but when iam not taking medicine the problem happens same..should I continue the tablet for some more days to maintain a proper sleep hygiene..

Which medicines,activities or yoga is best for dopamine detox.Please can anyone tell me the way to enhance dopamine??
