I've been having difficulty sleeping for the past three days. I'm constantly worried about my health and my impending death. Could somebody assist me with this and provide me with a prescription?

I have had a strange problem for more than a year. Whenever I see someone poke his nose, I feel hesitant, and I start to feel like I am not clean enough. For that reason, whenever I come back home from outside or someone else enters my room who I suspect has poked his nose, I have to clean my whole house, either by throwing water splashes all over the houses or by cleaning everything with a wet piece of cloth. If I do not do this, the area that I suspect came into contact with the material (or person suspected to poke his nose) will automatically start itching, and I feel like the affected area is burning and itching at the same time. Ultimately, it forces me to clean the house or my body by splashing water all over the house or by taking a bath. What is the problem?  Thank you!

I having too much fear I am cervical spondylitis due to that symptoms I get dizziness left hand pain palpitations due to that I get fear what is happening to me like that anxiety Pani attack are too much to me I can't get outside within 2km radius thats it if I go far I get panic attacks palpitations

First 3 months OCD medication I am not recieved much response may be not effective dose. Currently I am using 4th month OCD medication below Flutop 60 mg Clonil  75 mg Clono joy 0.25 mg Above doses will be sufficient or we can still increase to cure OCD ?

I have sensorimotor OCD about heart beat and tinnitus. I have been under treatment by psychiatrist for 10 years but still suffering from the symptoms. Who is the best psychiatrist in Kolkata to treat sensorimotor OCD?

My father is being very aggressive now a days, he is at the age of 70 yrs . Having high BP and cholesterol as an health factor. Apart from that he is fit only. He is becoming very angered and not tolerating even a single word that was said very casually within the family. Keep on saying the same thing over a period of night without sleeping also. As a result he is being very harsh physically  and verbally and even beating the person who is very weak nearby. Hope this has to be treated psychologically with neurologist or psychiatrist. Please suggest wat is the next step to be done . As he is also very aged , we are not sure what can be done to cure him .
