I have been prescribed Escitalopran 10mg for three months and Clonotril 0.25mg for two weeks. These meds make me nauseated and make my stomach upset. However, I have travel coming up on 6th. Can i skip dose on the day of travel, in flight, and on days when I would be drinking?

Am I in severe depression if I don't feel like living anymore? I don't want to take medicines to treat it.

I have been taking antidepressants since 2017 with different dose. like tryptomer 10mg to 50mg but now I feel muscle weakness consluted orthopaedic and they say its common in anxiety patients any suggestions.

My sister is suffering from major depression disorder She is taking meds as advised by psychiatrist, which follows : Tab Pex ep CR 37.5 OD HS Tab Arip MT 2mg OD HS Tab Toficalm 50mg OD in morning Tab Etiloam MD 0.5 mg SOS when panic attack. But she is having frequent black outs. She falls suddenly , with her back side of head heaviness. BP - 90-100/ 55-70 mmhg Pulse 80above What should I do to prevent blackouts She is having her 10boards now

Hi Medam / Sir I am getting negative thoughts and anxiety like parents will die because of acciedents or snake bite or heart attack otherwise I will die because of heart attack like that iam getting anxious thoughts. What is the reason and how to overcome those type of thoughts could you please tell ?

Hi i and my husband got married 5 yrs back.. i and him has different mindset and ideology .. even though everything was going ok like sometimes great or sometimes little disagreements .. we visit my mother's (his in-law) house very often in our free time as we live near to them but from few weeks i have observed that my husband while calling me or addressing me uses my younger sister's name accidentally who lives in my mom's house ( she is 25 yrs old and Unmarried ).. once or twice i ignored but wen whenever we come from that house, the same day or for next two to three days he does this mistake.. this is really disturbing me alot.. has he got attracted to her? Number of questions popping out from my mind.. i have two kids to look after ( 4yrs old and 2 yrs old ).. i am unable to sleep from past one week and the worst i cant share this thing with anyone.. pls help me out..

I have been in depression and having anxiety since 2016. I am on medication since then now medicines are not working anymore. i don't have any friends i am unemployed since 2017 so can't go outside to enjoy life. very restricted life financially and socially. no support from anywhere else. applied to many jobs but no reply from recruiter. daily needs are fulfilled whatever savings i have. very sad life. what should i do

Hello doc...actually I have a query that I'm suffering from performance anxiety since last 1-2 years. Sometimes the anxiety is manageable nd sometimes it isn't. I know I'm completely normal it's just that this anxiety is causing issues. I just want to get rid of this anxiety thing. Whenever I indulge in any such activity my brain automatically starts to ask "Is brr anxiety hogi ya nhi...even if na Ho to thoughts ki wjh se hone lgti" how can I get rid of this thing?

From 1 month facing health issues like infections pain which got treated by high dose of antibiotics..after that I started the problem of sleeplessness.. so my family doctor prescribed me alprax 0.25 MG for 3 days I had that time I slept nicely but after 3 days yesterday as I didn't take tablet again I couldn't sleep...I have mild anxiety which build up due to health issues...please help me how to sleep well...
