Head feels like it's been shrunk inside skeleton, eyes dried out body feels heavy, If I don't sleep for 6 7 hours at night whole day would go off. Sometimes during day when I'll sleep they'll be filled with dreams and when I'll wake up it'll be like I've never even slept.

I have anxiety disorder and panic disorder since two years. I have taken different medications for anxiety over these two years. Currently I am on Serta 50 mg, Clonotril 0.25mg and sos Alprax. Recently I took a holter monitor test to see if there is any cardiac issue. The report was normal but there was qt prolongation. I have read that the medications I take can prolong qt. So I wanted check is it safe to take Alprax and clonotril?

Hello sir, I have been taking antipsychotic palido, but the only problem i have is related to memory. Now i am having problems swollowing, please advise if i can be switched to quetiapine.

I have headache problem, stomach pain and cramps during anxiety and when angry. Feeling sad almost all the time. Loss of interest in daily activities like office, meeting friends, talking to parents. Unable to decide what to do in life. Anxiety related to future. Unable to take decision about things I want to do in life. I get good sleep at night but I wake sad with negativity in my mind. I am fearful of the death of my near ones. Home sickness problem due to which unable to go to other cities or place where I want to work.

Hope you doing well. I am ocd and depression patient taking medicine from last 5 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100,DEVENIZ 50, MAXGALIN 75. I can't get up in the morning.  Feeling sleepy.  Even if I sit down after getting up, I cannot get up from the bed.  I may be because of  mind remains numb.  even i can't get up for breakfast.The brain is normal after 2 to 3 pm in the day.I have to go to the hospital in the morning, but I am not able to go because of this problem.   Please provide something where I can contact you for some prior and small queries for further consultation. I have constant mild anxiety and I do get severe anxiety in waves. I have tried everything meditation, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, journaling, even tried couple of therapy sessions. But nothing is working out. I don't want to take anti anxiety medication, is there any other way to address anxiety

How do I get rid of brain fog and anxiety. It happened to me because of brain inflammation and headaches behind the eye. I see visual snow dots in my vision. Sometimes I do get headache if I do breathing exercises so I avoid it.My doctor gave me nulet 1.25 + nexito 10. Although headaches have decreased a lot. But My biggest problem is slow mind and slow thinking. Can you suggest me something?  Please, I will be thankful for your help.
