Hello I hear you. From your history, it's not very clear if you have cervical spondylitis or you have fears of having it. But the fact that you have excessive fears otherwise also and also panic attacks is a problem itself which would definitely be affecting your quality of life. I can only feel how distressing it is to not be able to go outside. I would suggest you to consult a psychiatrist asap so that you are evaluated and the appropriate treatment plan worked for you
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist
Health Tips
relax whenever you feel fearful and try to overcome your fears by going out every time a little bit

Hi There's possibility of anxiety secondary to general medical conditions. I would suggest you to do deep breathing excercises and see the psychologist and psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.  A thorough assessment is need to rule out organic causes versus independent anxiety issues Incase,There's a need for medications, it will be initiated accordingly

Hello! If you’ve been experiencing these symptoms for a while, then you might probably want to get evaluated for an anxiety disorder by a psychiatrist or a licensed psychologist. Based on your diagnosis and symptom severity, they will make a treatment plan for you. Meanwhile, following steps might be helpful for you: 1) Relaxation and mindfulness based exercises which you can easily learn on YouTube. Your mind keep reacting to imaginary threats and therefore is always in hyper vigilant mode. These exercises will train your mind to decrease the persistent imagined threat perception. 2) Having a structured routine for the day which includes regular sleep and wake timings, set timings for meals, work and leisure activities. 3) Avoid excessive intake of alcohol, nicotine, and caffeinated drinks including tea, coffee and soft drinks. 4) Twenty minutes of walking outdoors twice daily : before breakfast and after dinner. 5) Cannot stress enough the role of healthy diet and hydration.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist if you’re in distress
Health Tips
Do not self treat, worse still, do not assume it’s nothing. Talk to a specialist.
