Fear in heart
Am suffering of fear in heart without any reason due to this getting heart beat high ,getting body is cold someties and shivering also. Simply not at all feel hapy and loseing my valuable life. Ther is no problem in heart as I checked with cardilogist. Kindly advice me how to come out from this.

Hello,
You seem to be suffering from panic disorder. It is characterised by episodes of increased heart beat, sweating, tremors in the hands,fear that something horrible is happening. These episodes last for few seconds to minutes. Between episodes,there is a constant anxiety that it will happen again.
This condition can be treated effectively with medications and behaviour therapy. please get yourself evaluated by a psychiatrist.
