Hope the baby did not sustain any deep or superficial burn. You need to understand that accidents happen. Seek help if the baby has sustained any burn marks. It is unlikely that the baby will develop a fear of bothing

Do not worry, it will not create any fear of taking a bath to the baby
Usually babies cry too much while taking baths when they are below one year, gradually as they enjoy water activities , they get used to and enjoy bathing
My baby is 11 month old, still she cries a lot , her voice get hoarse, while taking bath
So do not worry at all, baby's cry has no association with spillage of accidental water, it was just an incident
Do not worry all will be good
One accident splash of hot water is very unlikely to cause permanent fear or trauma in your baby if you provide comfort and safe baths afterwards.
Watch only for skin injuries signs - if present see a pediatrician.
please be kind to yourself - you are not alone, many parents have had more accidents and babies are resilient

No it will not make him like that. Mistakes happen by all of us. I know it is normal for a mother to feel like this but that doesn't mean you did it intentionally or will do that in future.
You have not mentioned the age of your baby, but in general kids forget this kind of incidents within days. If you notice fear of bathing then there will be interventions. Communicate with your child, take him for bath, don't feel vigilant or act like that. Make it normal. Then it would be easier for the baby to forget the incident.
