Atomoxetine vs Methylphenidate which is more safe for patients with history of hypertension which is currently managed by medicine?

I had hypertension previously currently managed (110/70) with meds, losartan 25 and also taking propranolol 40mg for anxiety, and i was prescribed atomoxetine 18mg too is it safe to take?

I am having anxiety disorder I feel that I am not walking properly with right leg.i can walk but I am feeling some difference.
