My muscle pain starts after taking amitriptyline 25mg or D ventodep xr 50 why is it so? thank you please advise

Hello doctors I'm a mother of 2 adorable toddlers who love me, cares for me alot so do i but i couldn't control my anger. I have so many health issues right now which is making my mental health more worse. I'm abusing my children sometimes for reason and sometimes for no reason. This is affecting their mental well-being and i know this since long but im not able to help my self. Please help me to control my anger issues. I want to be a good mother. Please help

రాత్రి పడుకునేటప్పుడు నిద్రలో sudden గా హార్ట్ బీట్ వినిపిస్తుంది. అలా వినిపించినప్పుడు body back side మొత్తం pain గా ఉంటుంది.and అలజడి ఉంటుంది. నిద్ర సరిగా పట్టట్లేదు. ఏదో ఐపోతుంది అని తెలియని భయం వస్తుంది. ఎం చేయాలో అర్థం కాదు. చనిపోతేఅప్పుడు అనే భయం వస్తుంది.

Hope you doing well.   I am ocd and depression patient taking medicine from last 5 years now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100,DEVENIZ 50, MAXGALIN 75.   I can't get up in the morning. Feeling sleepy. Even if I sit down after getting up, I cannot get up from the bed. I may be because of mind remains numb. even i can't get up for breakfast.The brain is normal after 2 to 3 pm in the day.I have to go to the hospital in the morning, but I am not able to go because of this problem.   i was facing like this problem in Aug 2022 then i had said to my dr he had started maxgalin 75 was saying this is neauropathic pain but in  Nov when i was typhoid positive and very serious condition after that that problem was finished.    TODAY i talked to my psychiatrist dr. about this problem but he saying this not problem of your ocd and depression medicine.because lots of patients taking this medicine. Dear sir I use to drank alcohol i.e vodka and whiskey on a regular basis around 360 ml I always feel sleepy and tired and not in a mood to perform my official duties without drinking and I use to consume gutka around 10 to 15 packets now am diagnosed with fatty liver grade 1 so now I want to change my life style and cure my fatty liver please suggest is there any way so that I can focus on my work without alcohol cravings and is it possible to reverse my health as am also having high triglycerides also Please suggest me how to fully recover my health.

I had paid a visit to one of the laboratory for CBC test recommend by one of the doctor but hadn't seen the syringe changed but before withdrawal I did ask the lab technician about the change of syringe anyways he consoled me saying about the change of syringe and they are bound to abide the universal precautions regarding this.but after 3 months I fell sick with symptoms such as headache, fever,body ache, light cough I'm afraid about HIV Please help me with this

I m facing depression from past 6 months. Now a days i feel little better due to antidepressants. But have constant headache. Is that common to have headache in depression. Will this be cured or it remains for long in depression?

Does taking amitriptyline hydrochloride can cause any nerve damage for taking 10 days continuously for the doctor prescribed for 20 days in the nerve  system in the brain please kindly tell me ,the doctor has done eeg and said nothing all of them are stable .but the missing in the information is killing me from the inside.will it cause any damage to the brain .please kindly tell me will it damage the brain or not
