Hi from last one and half months I facing with anxiety. First I am thinking about my bp is high but bp is normal when I check in clinic it was high but in home it's normal and after two weeks it's shows normal in clinic also this solved then I think about my sugar level is high but when I test it's totally normal now from last four days i am not sleep because one thought about insomnia came in mind and after that i facing this problem please advice

From last some days I have dizzy feeling and sleep issue Because of my family problems I always thinks about suicide once I tried also I always feel tired and i can't sleep whole night during little sleep I got gorrible nightmares Is this are the symptoms of anxiety n depression do I have to consult with doctor

Hello, Recently I've been feeling anxious a lot, constantly scared, overthinking past mistakes, unable to forgive myself, constantly crying about what will happen next. Because of overthinking I've make some bad decisions in last couple of days which has led to a lot of people ignoring to even talk to me lately. I'm scared i might do something that would ruin all my friendships( not sure if i even have any left) I think loneliness is the root cause of what is happening, somehow i feel the presure to get close to someone and that makes them think I'm creepy. I don't know if i need a therapy or i should consult a psychiatrist. Please help.

I was diagnosed with GAD and depression last year and was on medicines for one year until May 2023. I was taking PREXEP CR 25 mg During day and PANAZEP 25 mg at night. Then both of them were reduced to 12mg in last few months. I stopped taking the medicines in May voluntarily and I was doing fine until today. I feel very unwell and all my symptoms are at peak. I tried everything possible to relax but I am not feeling good at all. Should I take Panazep 12.5 mg for tonight? Will there be any issue if I take it back again suddenly?

I am taking clonafit I have digestion issue but when I take etizolabeta I have fell relaxed...i don't know what to do

I am using setraline 50 mg from 2 weeks now increased to 75 mg from 2 days but i am facing breathing issue I feel like urge to take deep breath every minute can someone tell if it's normal and how many days will that be present.

What can be an alternative of Clonafit beta 10? Clonazepam 0.25mg is not available in the market. Is there something else we can buy for anxiety?

Hi i was diagnosed with ptsd and depression (i was having meltdowns and having episodic blackouts of rage) and i was prescribed 20 mg prodep and blong a year ago i took it for almost 6 months and then i suddenly stopped (i know suddenly stopping is bad, i think i was rejecting therapy) i have been feeling unwell again and can't afford to get a new prescription from my old doctor so i started taking 10 mg prodep at 9am morning and 10mg prodep at 9pm evening is that okay i know I'll have some symptoms such as nausea etc. but other than that is this an issue, i know self diagnosing is a bad idea but i think i might have bpd beautiful of how emotionally dysregulated i am and how i mainly identify with the disorder, i don't want my intense emotions to take over me so i have started medication again, i haven't found a good therapist that's affordable if i do that would also be great
