Hi My sister is diagnosed with severe OCD and suicidal thought..she is under medication but in between keeps having suicidal thoughts and sometimes talk about them and hits others if they try to share positive part of life..what more to do..it always happens before the counselling session is about to happen with doctor..it is occasional but it is scary that she can hurt herself or anyone in that momentous thought. Plz advise me as I am the sister and need to know how I can help

Hello few days back was suffering from sleeplessness so my doctor recommended alprax 0.25 to take whenever it is required I took for 3 days I need to stop it as I don't want to make it a habit and also getting headache because of that can I stop from today

I am suffering from social anxiety for so many years and now I am tired of it please help me. I can't live my life like this I don't want to cry every time I don't want to hurt myself and  I don't want to feel guilty every time .

I want to go to a mental specialist to show my problem but my parents don't want to take me because they don't understand that I am suffering from mental illness ,when I tell them my problem they say anything hasn't happened to you, they think that I'm just shy , they say you keep thinking all this that's why you feel like this, and they say how can a psychiatrist help you with this problem, I can't take it anymore, I did all i could   , I can't stand it anymore, I did everything I could, but I could not recover, I can't take it anymore and I won't be able to heal on my own , i need help I'm suffering from social anxiety from so many years , and it is really hard to live like this i want to improve myself i want to enjoy my life and I'm not  a weak person ,Please help me what should I do now .

Iam having head and full body tremor when I'm angry and excited and also while talking to others(mainly strangers) during interview, gatherings. I consulted doctors for this first doc gave me paroxetine cr 12.5 and betacap 20 stopped after 3 days because paroxetine makes me high ,also suffered from insomnia,never took propranolol because I have read of its side effects next they gave me Escitalopram 5 MG bd and propranolol 20 bd this time took both after taking propranolol i felt weakness in my whole body so I took only once but after withdrawing from propranolol tremors got severe .I can't even go out home the tremors got very severe and noticeable it's like agarophobia for 2 months when I try to go out I think everyone will notice my head tremor so please guide me what to do  I can't even go out 1.is it essential tremor 2.is it side effects or withdrawal effects of these medicine 3.is it curable?? 4.is it

I feel good when I take lonazep 0.5 but my doctor advised me to taper it and stop it after 1month. taking this since one month before this I was taking LIBOTRYP DS and amitriptyline 25mg. can i take lonazep 0.5 for lifeline? this tablet works well for all my issues like sleep disorder, stomach pain, acidity, headache, irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea. I am not sure why my psychiatrist told me to stop this please advise
