I m suffering from chest from last 7 days earlier when this pain occurs doctor prescribe antidepressants and it take 15 days to recover but now i want to get relive from it without antidepressants can anyone tell how long it will take to cure

Sir, I have been on anti depressant medicines since the last one & half year. Doctor prescribed me one new med Tofisopam 50 mg (twice daily) with old med Fluoxetine 20mg. When I take 2nd dose of Tofisopam on the first day, I felt very drowsiness and tremors (drowsiness occurs within 2 hours & tremors after 5-6hrs of dose). So will I discontinue this medicine or reduce the dose to once a day. Kindly advise.

My mither had undergone hysterectomy where ovaries were conserved back in October around 2.5 months she didn't have sleep disturbance and overthinking past one month she continously uesed to get negative thoughts and couldn't sleep for a week I took her to psychiatrist medicine fluoxecare, etisod.25 and trypsid were given 10 days later depout eti and etizolam for.15 days the dr said medicines should be continued for 5-6 months and I'm between all this she had severe gastritis and h pylori and still treatment is Goin om for this, is it common after surgery to have depression or insomnia that too after 3 months and why she has to taken medicine for so long time I read about the side effects of antidepressants and they are severe she gets constipation also sometimes ...I'm very worried about this I don't want her to take.too much medicine for this what Is an alternative does she has to be dependent for a long period om medicines for overthinking and sleep Please suggest

I was suffering from anxiety and OCD for which i am on medication i started with fludac 20 for 15 days and from last 5 days i have started with fludac 40 after consulting my doctor with  fludac 40 i am feeling restlessness and agitation will it settle down And how much time does SSRI takes to show full side effect..

I get headache or tightness when I get very much angry or hyper .It is very common since 3 days.Why I am facing this?
