Dear Sir/medam, I have a full anxiety about for my health, I want to go for a complete body check up like ECG,2D echo and other tests but at that time I know due to anxiety my heart rate and bp will be so much high . Avoid that anxiety Please suggest one tab at that time( Iam go to hospital morning 10.30). At present iam using met xl 25 tablet since last one year due to palpitations. I have a anxiety since one year and last year my full body check up done like ECG and 2d echo after that doctor prescribed met xl25 tab. At present I want to go again for full body check up. Please prescribe one tab for anxiety at the time of tests

Hi doctor, I am a female 34 years old. For past 3 months I'm not able to sleep peacefully. Every midnight i wake up suddenly and then I'm not able to get sleep. I go to bed by 11 pm Max but wake-up again by 1 or 2 pm. Then not getting sleep. Because of this i also get headache. I don't have habit of sleeping in noon time. I also have milk every night before going to bed. I also tried garlic with milk. Please advice.

I am Diagnosed with ocd and bipolar disorder. For that I am on Lamotrigene Lurasidone. Escitalopram. Armodafinil. Clonazepam. Propranolol. But i think anyone of this medicines is increasing my anxiety which one could it be. Can anyone guide.

Hello Iam not able to do dialy activities properly because of Negative thoughts like parents will dead suddenly and getting anxiety because of that negative thought.
