Over past few days, I got panic attack in traffic, specially when the traffic is not moving. Eg in a traffic signal. I feel like my leg will lose control of the brake and I will bump into another car. Heart rate also reaches 150. Then I think if I stop, I will halt the traffic behind me. I somehow calm myself down using Music but today I got another panic attack while driving. I also have health anxiety in general. Please suggest a few tips to cope. I am afraid to go to recurring counselling.

I have altonil plus 5 mg pill every night. It contains 0.5 mg chonazepam+5 mg melatonin. Also I make triplent 25 mg tablet every night for functional dyslexia. It has amitritylene 25 mg. Is there any issue for using it long term. They both doesn't seem to work very well for me. I don't get very good quality sleep if I take them, and it is even worse if I don't. I have ADHD and take 18 mg strattera in morning+10 mg strattera in evening. I also take ddr 30(dexlansprazole 30 mg) morning for Gerd. I have liv daily and liverone-ds syrup for liver help and liv daily mulivitamin capsule. Does, these drugs combined have any harmful side effects.Should I ask my psychiatrist to change it, earlier he tried 2 mg melatonin worked but stopped after 15 days, than 5 mg melatonin worked than stopped after 20 days. Than last altonil plus 5 works best. But, now after 2.5 months it seems it started to become less efficant per day. Recently he increased my dose axepta and again altonil seems to be work.

I can't focus on my studies. I can't complete any task given to me. I am highly inconsistent. I can't do anything that involves using the mind. I have never completed my homework given to me. I am absent-minded. What could be the possible reason?

Hello, I have taken half nexito plus tablet for almost 12 years . My biggest mistake is to continue medicine without doctor's prescription after initial year. Now when i stoped medicine with doctors direction, my depression came back after 6 months of stopping medicine. I am taking couple of medicines now and main drug sertalin 100 mg 2 times. As sertalin helped me in first few weeks. But later i am facing complete emotional blunting , lower concentration , attention, focus. Continuous headaches, anxiety attacks , imbalance issue. I have read multiple articles on benzo use for long term and it says that long term use of benzos can cause permanent changes in brain or treatment resistant depression. I am too much worried now. Can someone tell me that my symptoms are due to clonazepam use for several years or its because of depression. Awaiting for answers

My brother is not talking and not sleeping for the past 5 to 6 days.. and also not eating. What should I do? We tried talking.. but he is only talking negative things.

Whenever i feel sad, or feel like crying. I become anxious and get pain in my chest, as if something is being held tight.. i cant breathe properly, my breathing becomes heavy.. . The pain keeps increasing and i end up screaming.. It feels as if I will get a heart attack and i cant control it. This usually happens at night.. during day time, i somehow manage the anxiety.. but at night, i just lose control over it.. and I have been facing this issue a lot past few months.. initially it was mild and the anxiety would stop after sometime.. now the pain stays until i fall asleep. At times the pain spreads to my hand. It just scares me. I dont know what i should do.
