Thank you for reaching out. I’m not sure if you’ve been suggested a psychiatric evaluation or whether you have sought it on your own; a wise decision nonetheless.
The word phobia means excessive and irrational fear of something. This is a type of anxiety disorder and is best understood & treated by mental health professionals.
As the mind is the central command for everything, anxiety can affect the heart in many ways that may not always be medically explained.
Thus a further test for your heart may not be needed.
Next Steps
Please see a psychiatrist/psychologist

Listen sir
Its not heart problem you have
Its health anxiety which is making you believe you have heart problem.
When all test reports are fine you know it's your mind playing with you.
You need cbt sessions to understand process and change your thought process.
Take it as soon as possible.
