I was on fluvoxin 100(1-1-1) for ocd.My symptoms were reduced by 60 %.Then my doctor started flunil 60 but my symptoms are getting worse.I think fluvoxamine was better .Flunil is making symptoms worse.I have taken flunil since October 2022.And simultaneously stopped fluvoxine at that time Please help

I think i am suffering from low serotonion as i always feel heavyness in head tired lethargic and low mood Also there is lack of concentration and confusion I am under no stress still i feel this on a regular basis how can i overcome this and lead a healthy life

I am 27 year young boy I am an addict, you can say alcohol addiction (but it's not alcohol addiction, I will tell you when we connect on call) I was taking Naltrexone 50mg The good effects of this medicine is so good, i am an addict believe me i felt so much in control The worst thing is side effects from this medicine - I discontinued this medicine. I just want some psychiatrist doctor to prescribe me some medicine which can give the same good effects as Naltrexone.

Is it ok to take Ashwagandha tablets when taking anti depressants such as venlift 225mg per day, prodep 20mg and petril 0.5mg thrice? How safe is it and does Ashwagandha help in reducing anxiety and overthinking?

Hi doctor, My husband age 30 working in IT. He is good with respect to work. But he never speaks with any1 of our family member including me. He only speaks about debt and money managing with me. No casual talks. He either sits with laptop or sleeps with phone.same with my 2 year old kid too. He always feels irritated with my kids naughty activities. Not sure whether it is psycological issue. I have spoken a lot with him, but he never changed. It disturbs me a lot, because I am like a maid. I too work in IT and earn almost equal to him. How to handle. He never said i am hungry too. If i put in plate he ll have. If i put 1cup rice he ll finish that and walk, if i put 10cup also he ll eat and move with no questions.

Can someone tell me a pill to die peacefully?? Wanna get a peaceful death but may no one face this suicidal phase of life... Gud luck to you all for your future.
