Anxiety with sleep issue
Actually I am taking medication for my anxiety (daxid50, clonazepam, provanol) since 1month. Now My problem is when I take nap in after noon after wake up I really feel very uncomfortable felling.i also feel when I start sleeping always some thought are running in my back of mind just like my mind is active but my body is rest. even i am not able to study when I just start reading same kind of felling get started... what should I do please help me...

It may be that your core symptoms of anxiety are still under-treated and therefore, may need an increase in the dose of daxid. It is generally a good idea to avoid day time napping if your night sleep quantity or quality is being compromised. Consider meditating or relaxing in the noon rather than sleep. If you are oversleeping in the day, you may not need clonazepam or may warrant a smaller dose/ shorter acting sleeping pill.

I can understand sir ..as u r in now career growing phase your concentration is most important apart from your anxiety related issues nothing to worry we will modify your dose once you consult and adjust doses
