Is it normal that is let my eyes relaxed while understand or recalling something?From few days I just can't control my eyes they are wandering .I just can't concentrate it on one thing due to which I get headache.so what should I do??this is impacting my studies...

It is possible that you may be going through more stress & fatigue than usual, possibly because exams are nearing in. The eye movement symptoms are indicative of lack of adequate rest and increased stress. Hello I can understand it's due to so much concentration, you should follow 20 minutes rule , every 20 min changes your your eye direction and relax .. both to worry , still if u r concerned then consult
