So, like I know that age regression can help me to recall a particular day of my life. Does it work if the day is a recent one?? And will I be able to recall the whole day or parts of it through hypnosis, age regression, etc.??

Age regression can go back to the last minute before ur trance also.
However there is a catch.You have mentioned that you were alert and aware.I assume you were not under alcohol or such.still you managed to forget the details. There seems to be some important strong emotions related to it.So even under hypnosis you will cooperate only as much as you want to deal with.
