Past few years, I'm unable to recall names of people I meet, adjectives I use in a sentence, or even names of items. Earlier I shrugged it off blaming the sheer number of people I used to meet in a day and now that I'm confined to an office room, I've started to realise that this is getting worse. I'm 27 turning 28, and this doesn't sound normal.

Relax..your age is not supporting the diagnosis of having memory disorder.. anxiety or Depression or too much stress leads to decrease in attention and concentration..keep diary to note down things..
