Forgetting names and language

Asked for Male, 70 Years

My grandpa has forgot all names of things and peoples , couldnt even speak the language properly , he remmember the routs to home or any places but unfortunatly he can just only point towards the directions, his age is 70. He started loosing his memory slowly slowly This all started before 1 month he was fine until , when accidently he poured boiling water into his legs, we took full medical treatment and the wounds are completly gone now ... and also he is completely weak to walk or do anything
