I have been on depression+anxiety medication for 2 years (nortiptyline+escitalopram) Now, I feel overhappiness like sensation, mental confusion, not feeling stress, slow mind, and seeing visual snow like dots in vision This overhappiness also happens when i close my eyes for sometime my doctor prescribed me arpizol 2+escitalent 10 for 2 months. But that slowness of mind is not going away. Please suggest me something.

Can someone suggest medication and cures for panic attacks in sleep? My boyfriend is not ready to open up about what he is going through to a doctor and I need someone to answer this genuinely so that I can help him get out of this situation.

Hi, My work needs lot of reading and studying. Whenever i spend lot of time at work ,i will be unable to sleep at night. My brain will be active solving some imaginary situations or something that i was working on. There will be small dreams like this and no deep sleep. I have faced this earlier and took petril md on doctor prescription. This is happening from 2010 whenever i hv lot to work or study, due to this my i cannot perform well at work. Is there any treatment for this?

Hi, I'm taking medicines for Panic disorder/ Potential Depression for 1.5 years now (Paroxetine 25, Oxycarbazeb300, Propanolol, Clozep(SOS) ) . Despite taking taking the treatment I feel like I'm stuck in between. I don't feel good, I still have anxiety on almost regular basis. I have brain fog, I can't concentrate, I can't focus and It has affected my daily life. I'm confused, what's going wrong.

Recently found that their are melatonin supplements available in market so want to ask that are this supplement good for sleep and r der any side effect or habit forming thing. Products like vicks zzquil n all.

My mother is schizophrenic and thinks my father has external affairs. She wouldn't listen to anyone won't take prescribed  pills and is becoming toxic for everyone. She has become verbally abusive. How to make her listen to us to take pills. Please help we have already consulted psychiatrists before but she would hide or throw the medications. We are very helpless.
