I'm suffering from OCD since aug 2022 and i have hiv phobia, I know lot of things about hiv like transmission and precautions but I'm always worry about virus I thought virus is everywhere even door handle, train seat, bus seat, etc what to do for getting out of this conditions plz help me.

My mother taking trika 0.5 for sleeping  and she sleeps well.  Recently she is taking treatment for fatty liver and doctor prescribe her sensival medicine along with other medicine. After taking this medicine she can't sleep at night frequently even after taking trika. Some times she sleeps at evening but not at night. Pls suggest any medicine or changes.

I am taking serlift 50 tablet from 2 days at night. But I fell sleeplessness.So what can I do .. please suggest me

Hello , Iam taking OCD medication from 4 weeks but not able to overcome continuous fearful and  anxious thoughts about parents death . After 4 weeks OCD medication also anxious thoughts about parents death is not reduced ? Can you please tell ?

Doctor prescribed me thus etilam pro 20 or tab d venlor 50mg for 2 months. Should I continue etilam pro 20 for long time because it contains etizola 0.5

One doctor gave me libra tex tab dor anxiety But when i took other doctors advice he told me that this medicine is should be last resort so he told me to stop Libra tex I tool 5 mg dose for 2 time for 2 days Will there be any withdrawal symptom for me?

I have sleep paralysis, I see any scary faces and then sleep paralysis starts. I can't move what should I do

At age of 10 years what is the good no. Of hours to sleep? If 9 hours is good, can we sleep more than 10 hours? Is it good practice? Her mother says it good practice. Her father says its bad practice and it gets habit of laziness. Who is right? Mother or father? And mother teaches 10 years daughter that some parents are bad some parents do cheating, is it good to tell like that as a mother? Her father says all parents are good and always trust and believe, father is correct or mother is correct?

Mind is always thinking who iam how we created as a soul what happen after death so and so it's really hurting couldn't able to talk freely with anyone so depressed feeling lost my own self kindly help me
