I was prescribed Clonazepam .25 tablets yesterday by my doctor but i wasn't able to find any site selling it, it is unavailable even on practo. Is there an alternate med I can get?

I have been taking lonazep 0.25 morning and evening.Doctor tried to taper it but it's causing anxiety .How should it be tapered,? I am worried

I  am facing some frustration and anger issues in small small conversation with my family and my boyfriend i want to hurt my self and start grit my teeth danta pisana i start scratching myself. I am experiencing anxiety at the workplace and  depressed mood almost everyday for the last 3 months.It is happening again (in the past, i got the depressed mood problem in 2019, which continued and then suddenly i was stable for around 1 month (june 2022). From october 2022 onward, i got a job which is stressful and i am having the same depression issue, along with anxiety which is interfering with my work life and social relationships. I cry everyday, feel vulnerable, get triggered easily, irritability is there, negative thoughts about myself each day.  I'm losing hope, having issues with decision-making, and uncertainty evokes fear in me. I don't feel like speaking to anyone ,spending most of my time alone. Also left my medication prescribed for asthma which I was on for the last 10 years (levocet 5 mg) I want to know if i go for antidepressants and antianxiety medicine, what would be the average cost of the treatment, side effects and would medicines be habit forming?

Hello I used to have panic attacks for 2-3 years, then since 1 Year im using escitalopram 10 mg for 1 year based on my doctor he said to use 5 mg now, but since im using 5 mg i feel nauseous and little sad and confused. Is this normal ?

Hello Sir, I got sudden feeling of chest tickling pain and then I got nervous like I mah got a heart attack and then fear of future then many unwanted question, I detached my self from others. Then stomach got empty and I drained out. Done ECG , ECG was normal. What's the cause??

Hello doctors, My wife is recently diagnosed with cluster B Traits with Depression and Axis 2 issues and NP traits. She is currently on medications and she is taking Nexito 10 mg, zapiz 0.25mg and sizodon 0.5 mg. I just came to know that the sizodon is for schizophrenia patients! Is she suffering from schizophrenia? How serious her condition? How long will it take to cure fully? What should I do? Kindly help !
