Hi,how brain chemicals and aniexty were linked? Whether sudden aniexty is related to brain chemistry?I experienced a sudden imbalance mentally and next it  started the symptoms of aniexty.Any suggestions to improve brain functions and get rid of aniexty and to increase quality sleep?

Hi, I visited a Doctor for anxiety issue. He prescribed EMBETA Xr 25 and clonafit 0.25MD(both evening). But I mistake, I bought EMBETA Xr 12.5. Can 2 tabs of EMBETA xr 12.5 can make for 25 mg. Is there any specific step(gap etc) needed due to XR(extended release) thing? PS: consulting Doctor is unreachable and I don't want to miss today's (1st dose). Please help in the case.
