I have urine infection and ear infection From last one year and I took many antibiotics prescribed by my doctor but Cured and I still have urine infection and ear infection. I am going to meet psychiatrist for nootropic because I am going to start my study again So if I take nootropic my urine infection and ear infection will infect my brain also Will I get brain infection? Or it's safe ?

Can these be consumed before food of after food how does it work i took it before food nothing worked even after food it didn't work

Ever since the covid. I've been with alot of anxiety. Fear of going out. Fear that I may pass out. Having trouble with driving that what if I suddenly pass out. But i didn't pass out till now but I had to control my thinking and avoid such thoughts. But it's become worst. I'm working from home. And I'm not able to live a normal life like others. Recently I've had hypertension so I started using tablet for that. But the anxiety and sudden head spins happens whenever I'm pushing myself to go out. I've tried everything but still I'm not able to get out of this.

Hope you are doing well, I am ocd and depression patient medicine taking from 5 years. Now i am taking FLUVOXIN CR 100 DEVENIZ 50. Over sleeping problem start from NOV 2022 BUT ON that time body was also numb and paining but dr had said its neuropathic pain but after jan feeling much more sleepy. sleeping till 4 to 5 pm .afer getting up feeling very lazy and brain totally block not understand what to do and not willing to eat and do anything. DR SAID TO TAKE MODALERT 100 MG IN MORNING.WHAT COULD CAUSES FOR IT..? actually i want to treat from ROOT CAUSE not temporary.

I have a severe presentation anxiety. My heart starts beating so fast, cheeks get red, I am not able to speak in front of class. Also hand tremors are there when someone's watching me. I have to give a presentation in few days. Please tell if ciplar la40 can be useful in this or not?
