Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every case.In addition, a detailed Mental status examination is also needed to come for a diagnosis and its management accordingly. If you have not noticed any change, discuss it with your mental health professional. Other anti-obsessional can be tried instead of the present one.
