I'm pretty sure I have HOCD , I'm definitely straight but the fear of converting of gay suddenly out of nowhere is ruining my mental health how do I get rid of it

I have urine infection and ear infection from last one year. I took many antibiotics which is prescribed by doctor. But not getting cure. I was about to take nootropic but I waited for infection get cure. But it already took too much time. I want to know if I meet doctor for nootropic and I take nootropic so ear infection and urine infection will spread in brain also as brain infection? Or is it safe? Infection will not spread in brain?

Doc prescribed me 2 per night it's not working today i took 9 nivnirate 10mg still not working what should I do?

I was on arip mt 2 (0-0-1)and suddenly doctor increased my dose to arip mt 5(1-0-1) 1 month ago.And 1 week he increased it to arip mt 5(1-1-1).I was feeling so lazy abd sleepy during past 1 month.Is it because of this increased dose.
