My father has been suffering from severe cough since last few days. As a result, he has not been able to sleep properly at night. Due to cough, he couldn't sleep for two nights at a stretch. Now for the last few days, he seems to be hallucinating. Once he wakes up after sleeping for a short stretch during the day, he says imaginary  things. And then he is back to normal. He is slowly recovering from the cough problem but still he is not able to sleep properly at night.

My daughter aged 3 years and 8 months old. She feels very shy and scared while talking with strangers. Last one week we visited grandparents place. She was very happy and enjoyed there. Before,She used to talk very few words. But for the past 2 days she has improved. I could see changes in her. I'm afraid that speech regression may come again as only myself and daughter are there in home. How to make her speak well? She talks better only if she's happy. Pls give some tips.

Sir I am confused by my doctor.my problem is bipolar disorder I am on lithosun sr morning and night  with risperidone..he taperd risperidone 3mg to 2mg to 1mg to 0mg in the gap of 2months...i have been using risperidone since 5years he saw my response and tapered it I am afraid about risperidone tapering is bit early from 1mg to 0 (2months ) no w I am facing severe headache sweating and some delusions will my stage be stable after some days Or i ll get rebound... Not worrying jst to have clarification...

Been going through anxiety from November, been on prodep 20mg from 7th November and petril 0.25mg till November 22nd.. my dose was increased to prodep 40mg and petril 0.5 mg morning and afternoon till Dec 20th.. Now Buspin 10mg is added and petril 0.25mg is taken in the morning along with prodep 40mg Buspin 10mg and petril 0.25mg. In the night I take mirtaz 7.5mg and petril 0.25mg.. While going to bed I feel ok but my anxiety keeps fluctuating.. I want to be normal and be like a normal person soon.. which is the best medicine for anxiety and why am I still struggling through it though better.??? Everyday is a struggle

I am feeling my chest heavy and painful and also feeling sweating alot and had deep breathing attack

Meeting new people has become a nightmare for me.. Being a musician it is common for me to meet new people most of the time. But it is affecting me a lot. I can't handle son many people and it disturbs me I don't know why. I shut myself for a week a or two after meeting anyone new. N it's a goes on. Is there solution?

Which medicine would be best for a person with inattentive type of adhd and high blood pressure as atomoxetine isn't an option and clonidine isn't much effective for inattentive symptoms?

Now over 4 weeks with prodep and petril, why am I not feeling positive at all? I am always fearful whole day and evenings.. I get to sleep coz of mirtaz 3.75mg and petril 0.5mg.. I am not able to lead a normal life.. what could be the reason that I'm struggling everyday? Are there any other medicines which treat fear and anxiety and keep it manageable atleast?
