Whenever i feel sad, or feel like crying. I become anxious and get pain in my chest, as if something is being held tight.. i cant breathe properly, my breathing becomes heavy.. . The pain keeps increasing and i end up screaming.. It feels as if I will get a heart attack and i cant control it.
This usually happens at night.. during day time, i somehow manage the anxiety.. but at night, i just lose control over it.. and I have been facing this issue a lot past few months.. initially it was mild and the anxiety would stop after sometime.. now the pain stays until i fall asleep.
At times the pain spreads to my hand. It just scares me. I dont know what i should do.
