Sadness and crying spells, Vit D deficie
Hello Doctors, I have my only sister (24) who has started getting running thoughts in her mind of how she is ill. She is having mostly negative orientated thoughts. She wants to get better and she keeps on thinking of the same all the time. Overthinking, sadness, crying a lot, she have this for past two months. She didn't had anything like this untill she got night shift job around 6 months ago. This also made her Vitamin Deficit around 10.8 ng/mL. For history, My mother had schizophrenia for 5 years as a condition and her mother also had some medical disorder. Unfortunately, both are not in this world. However, I am quite sure it is not with my sister since she does everything fine. I don't want to give allopathic medicine to her since those ruined my mother's life. Please help me with your best advice for taking care of her 🙏🙏

Dear mam, Since your mother is diagnosed with schizophrenia there is more change that your sister may also be suffering from schizophrenia. The symptoms which u mentioned are like depressive symptoms. How ever we need to clarify the diagnosis. So pls consult a psychiatrist.
