My age 30 cuz of my my family issues like cut away from all relatives and no peace at home and also not settled in life still unmarried feeling all alone and in a relationship but fearing about to loose it i m all of sudden started feeling all alone and always feels like crying and like my life has no worth dont know what is happening with me what to do i dont want this feeling i m lost and alone no support from no where just feel like crying and cry alot can i be normal again in life is it possible or it will go on like this all life pls help me is thr anything which can make me normal again pls help me🙏

Hello I can understand ,due to emotional changes so frequently so r facing mood swings , feeling alone , sometimes harm to your self , lack of sleep , the r all indications towards personality disorder , u need to start regular counselling along with medicine tht will help you to keep ur emotions in normal range
