Also I can't explain me pain to anyone, I feel to be quite rather than expressing.

Hi Crying often, feeling drowned or walled in, and wanting to scream but only from the heart shows that your mind is holding in a lot of distress. Sometimes, this kind of emotional overwhelm can feel worse because words don’t seem enough to explain the pain to anyone, which makes you want to stay silent. Therapy can help you slowly unpack these feelings, give them words, and find healthier ways to release the pain without feeling trapped by it. Relaxation techniques like deep breathing are helping you briefly, which shows your body does respond with therapy, we can build on that to create longer-lasting relief. You don’t have to carry this alone; healing is possible once you start sharing it in a safe space. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
