We must understand that you’re stressed not because you are unable to deal with your problems but because you are unable to deal with your attitude and emotions towards the problems.
Being stressed can be physical or mental. Physical is when your situations are utilising you beyond your physical capabilities. For example: Work hours extending into your sleep timings.
But more often that not, stress is mental. The hassle that you create within yourself due to some situations that don’t go according to your plan.
The moment you say: “This particular thing has to be THIS way”, you are beginning on the journey of stress.
