Feeling sadness
Hello): I was depressed and getting anxious and because of that using Flunil tablet as per doctor prescribed, but there were a lot of side effects I started facing like low libido etc, so decided to move with herbal and using Himalaya organic Ashwagandha 1 tab and Gokshura 250mg twice a day since last 3 months. I can feel a bit low anxious but not feeling happy without any cause. What could be the reason for this? I am doing regular exercise and a healthy diet as well since last 3yrs.

Flunil can definetly cause sexual dysfunction in some. If so, you need to consult your psychiatrist and get it changed to an antidepressant devoid of sexual side effects. Good luck

these days feeling bored is linked to be not happy . find a hobby, libido is not one sided. what about your partner.... grab some art therapy together, go for a weekend stay, fight with her , get angry, and if yoiu feel sad sit in a space and look inside,,, let the thoughts pass . what is it that is making you sad... write down .. do this writing thing for 5 days at the same time ....

Low libido can be a symptom of depression itself. Flunil takes atleast 2-4 weeks at adequate dose for relief. If you r still feeling low it means your current treatment is inadequate.

Definitely with herbal medicine it will take a time .. about fluoxetine it will have side effects but all side effects are reversible totally..once you stop 💊 it will revert back to normal or else we may start with alternative medicine rather than fluoxetine
