Feeling sad at everything
Everything is good in my life yet I have been feeling too sad about things. I don't like my work while I was recently promoted. I have been recently married but I don't appreciate any change coming along with it. I don't feel like talking to family much lately, earlier I was in regular touch with them. If I get any responsibility at work or at home, I feel too burdened or stressed about it. I was not like this earlier. I used to take every responsibility happily as a challenge. Please advice.
