I took Fluvoxamine 25 and clonil 12.5 together at night. But i increase Fluvoxin cr 50 and clonil 25 both I feel very high fever, is it serotonin syndrome. I quit medicine from 3 days and taken Cyproheptadine 8mg, but my problem not sloved, What should i have to do?

I have suffering from cerebral venous sinus thrombosis nov 2019 . Present time on tab ecosprin 75 mg od tab folic acid 5 mg od...but many times suffer tachycardia bp... 132...140/82...90 mmhg many times ecg done, 2 D echo done TMT done in nov every thing normal.

Due to Ibs i was been told to take tryptomer 10mg for 28 days..i started with tryptomer and felt improvement with gut but at the same time i was feeling low & was not feeling sleepy at all ..i took tryptomer for 14 days and than stopped due to no sleep & low mood.post that still i am feeling low & depressed for no reason. With tryptomer i should feel good and should get sleep but its vice versa but improvement with gut Kindly advise how to get back to my general state of well being??

I have been diagnosed with attention deficit . And have been prescribes methylphenidate 20 mg. It works but condition becomes very bad when the effect wears off after 5 hours of administration. Is there any other medication which can help ? As the affter effects of this medicine makes me feel very low and lethargic . Looking to consult a proper doctor thru this platfrom

I have always had fear of diseases n I keep doing tests ...I m taking nexito plus on and off ...have been on nexito plus from 2019...in 2020 November my uncle passed away due to aids...I was in hospital taking care of him ...once he pulled out the IV needle n there was blood on his hand ...this was on 19th Nov 2020...after that I did a hiv test on Jan 3 2021 ...it came negative ...is that enuf to confirm ...or do I have to repeat it again ...I feel fear that maybe it was window period n I have to repeat again ...plz help
