Many thoughts are running over my mind and feeling like crying or shouting.Feeling frustrated AA and trying to runout..

So i had a terrible relationship in the past but then after some years I found a guy who genuine and loyal to me since 4 years . My relationship with family aren't that great. I have social anxiety since 6 years. So he is the only guy I m close to. And we decided we will marry in the future. But his parents won't allow due to caste problem. Now I can't handle this separation. We both love each other. It's been more than 4 months I can't sleep well. I m having extreme suicidal thoughts. And I tried everything to get rid of this mental trauma but I can't.

I had a problem since five years I have ocd and m taking medicine like fluxetine airipripazole and fluxomine propranolol clonazepam

Hello, M 24 here suffering from Generalized anxiety disorder and panic attacks since 2017 and also taking medications too. Will my Generalized anxiety disorder alone cause heart health problems as have no other risk factors of heart disease?

Dear Sir/Madam, My husband was thinking too much 2 days onwards, what is need of living, he himself thinking what is need of he was living, getting thought of need to die, he said he himself missing in him. He daily actively do yoga asanas, early morning wake up, from years onwards. so good habits he had. Suddenly he was thinking like that means we are getting afraid and fear. I asked to consult doctor, he not agreeing. Please tell me what to do to overcome this situation to him. Thank you.

I am suffering from anxiety since 2019 and for that I had done many test and taken a lot of medicine but till 2020 I got the habbit of taking alcohol to relieve my anxiety I always having negative thoughts fear of duying But I want to leave alcohol, gutka and smoking so have varicose vein uric acid high BP 140 by 100 colestrol I need advice how to treat my health and overcome my problem and have a good life
