Stressed out
I am getting angry for silly reasons. I start panicking for everything and lose my control over my words and action. Not able to control my harsh behaviour towards my loved ones. I am going through a lot in my life which is making me so stressed out. Please suggest me some solution to stay calm

Each individual is unique, and different tools/techniques may work for different people. Also, every person's situation and emotional capacities are different as well. Hence, a counselor can help you become aware of these capacities, and help you manage things better. The counselor will also be able to provide you with a non-judgemental and safe space to share all your concerns. Sometimes, sharing our heart out may not directly resolve the concern, but can help us feel supported and calmer. I hope this helps.

Hello sir .. i can understand everyone faces a rough phase in a life ,but in your case due to your frustrations you doing displacement on others that should be stoped ,that unnecessary killed peaceful environment so just start doing exercises it will help you and consult if you feel so
