Stress and moodiness
I always get angry for silly reasons and feel lonely. Easily I get upset if anyone talk to me I can't control my anger on anyone specially my boyfriend when ever he talks to me I get angry but I love him so much. Can any one pls tell me what to do for it

Hi there i understand your concern....Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation,pranayama,avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits...hope this helps you...
