Get angry irritated easily
Hello, Why I am getting irritated easily. Any one asked me any question I get irritate.I dnt feel like working and Mom ask me to do kitchen work i quietly start it but later I start loosing my head if she ask anything or inform even anything to make any menu. If she asked me to make 3 menu n after 2nd is prepared if she comes up with 4th I get so angry n frustrated dat sometimes I shud bang my head on wall or cut myself to death or hang myself. I get so angry on v silly things. Even if my boyfriend ask where are i what I m doing I answer him rudely I don't know where all this is coming from. N every day I get more irritated or angry .If I m alone home I jz lie doing ntg jz ntg. After sometimes I m crying reason for crying I dnt know. It's getting hard to focus on any work. Feels like I should Jz sit n do ntg. In earlier question I mentioned abt my fears. Sometimes I feel OK n sometimes I m so quiet n sad I don't understand why is dis all happening. Please help.
