Hello I'm sorry to hear that! Motherhood Is a period of physical and mental exhaustion, your demands increase all of a sudden and it's very common to feel overwhelmed, but if you're getting so angry that you break things, maybe this is the harbinger of some mental ailment. Kindly consult the psychiatrist for detailed evaluation so that a treatment plan can be sorted for you.
Next Steps

It would be a good idea to visit a Psychiatrist and explore the options. You could do well with "stress management techniques". It doesn't seem like you need any Psychiatric medications at the moment but if needed, they may be started after you have weaned the baby off of breast feeding. Now that the baby is nearly 1 year old, you can start trying to wean him off. Your symptoms may be a normal reaction to stress, or to the hormonal changes in your body.
Next Steps
Visit a Psychiatrist and have a thorough evaluation done
Health Tips
Do not think that you're "mad" or "crazy". Pregnancy and child rearing can be very stressful despite all the help one can get, and it can sometimes affect one's mental health adversely but there are several avenues for helping you with this, so please do not worry!
