Anger issues
My husband has severe temper problem. He gets extremely angry for petty issues and might even indulge in physical harm too. It doesn't matters who's in front of him, be it his parents , me or any stranger, he gets into physical altercation. I asked him to see a psychologist for anger management classes but he promised me he'll try to control his anger. But recently again he indulged in the same. It's getting difficult for me to control everything. Can someone suggest how to go about anger management? Or what should be the first step for this problem?

Hi! I can see your husband and family is going through a rough patch. This condition has alternate solutions.if you can't visit a psychologist please take online/telephonic sessions which is less threatening for some clients. If he's promising  he wont repeat this behaviour that means he has a positive attitude towards bringing a change but unable to do so. I ll recommend you to speak with a psychologist first and discuss it thoroughly. There's a telecounseling service which I provide in case you want to pursue it. This behaviour of your husband is alarming and can further damage the relationships.
