Angry and Headache due to Stress
Am taking Nexito plus 25mg for Stress and axiety from past 18 months Taking 1/4 of tablet of the same from past two months 1. Get angry soon for small things and get stress because of office work pressure and other things, finally end up with headache and head become little hot, 2. I do physical excercises and Meditation daily 3.When I feel stress or become emotional, I get headache and not get sleep for 1-2 hrs Please suggest further medication and how to control Stress and emotion
