I am suffering from stress and doctor recommended eliwel 10mg. Is it a good medicine to relieve stress?

Stress is a normal physiological response to day to day physical, environmental and social demands of life. If stress is severe and significant a short course of SSRIs are advised, the med given is older antidepressant not used as first choice these days. Consult an astute psychiatrist for remedy. Hi.. amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant. However the dose is very low. Will need further history regarding the same to advise appropriately.
