Overthinking and stress and anxiety causes depression and lack of concentration power.Which ultimately causes lack of memory ,energy, low mood etc. Just focus on ur work and education.Dont let ur confidence down, keep it high. Focus on present day, what will be happen in future is in no one's hand.Fully live present and enjoy ,only then ur future will be happier. U may consult a psychologist for counselling and psychotherapy.
