Hi,
I am getting angry too much from few days for all the silly things I get angry immediately and cross d limit to scream like hell.
So please give some valuable suggestions to avoid r control my angry.

You can approach your problems in two ways
1. Please try to follow an healthy routein+excercise for 30 min each day+ practice daily yoga sessions
If it doesn't work for you then consult a psychiatrist
2. You can directly meet a psychiatrist and get your problems resolved
