The condition described in your problem statement is suggestive of Social Anxiety. These symptoms usually improve with repeated exposure to such events and practice. If problem persists consult a Psychiatrist for evaluation and management.

Hi Dear Sometimes anxiety or tension, a pot of worry can cause such symptoms. You can see a neurologist if it's persisting since a long time.

Thanks for your approach. Normally this feelings arise due to anxiety, scariness of any incidence or people around. at any time have you experienced any thing negative when you were in the crowd. it is considered social anxiety, but how do you feel when you are with friends, are you good at social networking. But I don't say exactly it is social anxiety, you require a lot assessment and reason for this behaviour and how long you are suffering from this. Please approach psychiatrist for better evaluation and guidance. take care stay positive.
