I am shaking frequently
Whenever I am relaxing for a bit or not doing much work, I noticed that some or most oarts of my body is shaking quite a bit. Searched the internet, and it is saying it can be anxeity disorder. What exactly is this, and how do I know which doctor to consult for this? Is there any test for anxiety dosorder?

Hello, You mentioned that when you are relaxed ,you are shaking. So, it is unlikely to be due to anxiety. If it is of concern, please see a neurologist to evaluate the cause of the shakes.
