Hello, Anxiety Disorder is a part of OCD   or   OCD is a part of Anxiety Disorder. Can you please tell me clearly ?

Hi sir / medam, If I saw any person on road or anywhere fear to talk with that persons and if possible i will try to escape from that persons without seeing me. If i talked with that persons in that situation all talked persons are rotating in mind and getting stress and will think like again that persons meet previously talked one remember or not Can you please tell regarding this ?

I am a student and I have a problem of irritation and anxiety to sounds. I cannot bear minute sounds also like sound of birds, dogs barking, night cricket insect sound. Etc. I cannot study and I'm very distracted and disturbed by it. I use headphones/earmuffs to subside it but nothing is working out. Pls help me. What shall I do?

I am facing relapse of depression. Last medication was nexito plus. Currently i am taking serta 100 morning and evening. Amitone 10 mg , risdone ls. I use to feel very confident when i was taking nexito . Now after taking serta , i am feeling good but do not feel any emotions yet. And unable to be in present moment. I afraid to ask that , would i feel like previous feelings of confidence and through the medication or emotional flattening will remain

Thinking about ownself makes anxious and couldn't able to be myself always thinking like why I am came to tiz world who I am what is the purpose of life what happen after death so and so questions are running on mind kindly help me to come out of this problem

Hello doctors I'm a mother of 2 adorable toddlers who love me, cares for me alot so do i but i couldn't control my anger. I have so many health issues right now which is making my mental health more worse. I'm abusing my children sometimes for reason and sometimes for no reason. This is affecting their mental well-being and i know this since long but im not able to help my self. Please help me to control my anger issues. I want to be a good mother. Please help

రాత్రి పడుకునేటప్పుడు నిద్రలో sudden గా హార్ట్ బీట్ వినిపిస్తుంది. అలా వినిపించినప్పుడు body back side మొత్తం pain గా ఉంటుంది.and అలజడి ఉంటుంది. నిద్ర సరిగా పట్టట్లేదు. ఏదో ఐపోతుంది అని తెలియని భయం వస్తుంది. ఎం చేయాలో అర్థం కాదు. చనిపోతేఅప్పుడు అనే భయం వస్తుంది.
