My daily routine is hectic , I feel my head is in place but I feel too stressed and usually I forget and miss out on instant things , like if I am heading to the doctor , il forget the file , for the gym Il forget the shaker I don't know why this happens a lot of late

What will happen if i take these sleeping pills morning after i wake up and what will happen if i mix it alcohol and caffeine what will happen

Hi sir my self harsha I am working in public sector in administrative Section Sur my problem is my mmind us heavy confusion and overthinking, beating like heart and my left side tongue is always having some special taste like veniger taste sleep problem and I have smoking habit daily 2 to 4 cigers and using bloothearfones regularly per day I use it morethan 8 hours and I am traveling my home town every weekend it is 300 km from my working place and those two days I dont have any sleep and I didn't concentrate any studies if I start studying just 3 m other thoughts are came please help me sir out of this

Hello, I am a college student . I have prepared 1 year for IIT jee exam online mode..that time I had faced so many stress, anxiety... My exam is already over about 6month... But still now I faceing some unwanted , uncomfortable felling... 1-always I am felling a sensation on my upper nose,(unable to explain) and ear when I feel excited, happiness also when I start studying something... 2- not able to take any decision easily I get confused.. 3-not able to focus in onething 4-felling tried All things I have tried not is happening good...I do excercise, breathing exercises But able to cure it...

Hello, Iam continuous fearing like parents will get sudden death. While talking in phone call iam cool and after call completion within seconds fear will start like they will get death suddenly What could be the reason can you please tell clearly ?

I will get up at 6 a.m every day.  But my mind chatter starts before that  with all negative thoughts and results in anxious and headache at early morning. This is happening from a 6 months. As such I am stressed due to my office politics. Kindly suggest a remedy for this.

Which Psychiatric Stimulant Medicines also helps in relieving anxiety. Example of stimulant medicines are Modafinil, armodafinil, Amphetamines etc. This medicines are very useful in psychiatry but there is weak point about these medicines that is they increase anxiety. So is there any stimulant medicines like those which doesn't causes anxiety or help with anxiety.?

My doctor prescribed me nitrosun 10mg but I'm not able to get it anywhere and each place they have they ask me for a physical prescription what do I do

Doctor prescribed me Ambulax-M twice a day to treat anxiety I'm worried about taking these will slower the heart rate and blood pressure i have palpitations after food and Heart rate remains 85-90 BPM at rest and blood pressure always remains 120/ 80-90 dias Is it safe to take these pills as I'm really worried about side eff I'm having anxiety about cardiac arrest despite all my heart reports TMT, 2d echo, ecg HSCRP came normal

I was diagnosed with ocd four months back. Doctor prescribed me nexito 10 ,and respiridone 0.5mg After the medication i was doing so well i was happy as i was enjoin my life again. But since first week of march when i am still on medication nexito 10 mg i am feeling depressed, getting unwanted and crazy thoughts in my mind again Feeling detach with reality. Don't know what is happening again.I have started reading and watching videos of schizophrenia and bipolar every now and then and now i feel like if i have got the same disease. Please help. TIA.
