Hi Doctors Myself Kumar actually I have anxiety, overthinking, i am on medication on nexito 5 mg and clonozopem.25 mg for 6 months and I am using omega 3 ,and b vitamins, coenzyme for past 2 months, can I use milk thistle and N-acetyl cystine for liver issues. I want to discountine antidepressants please help me on this . I have anxiety cough,gastrics,body weakness, balance problems, digestive issues,

My mother clenching her jaw,biting her teeth after discharge from hospital,she admitted for covid pneumonia.it wasn't present before.its there from day of admission in hospital What is this?are there any medicines to it? Is there a this symptom in any disease

Severe anxiety from long time,she is not happy from long day,she believes in worship so much that's why she expects god will do everything which I want.but she can't accept it at all.she can't sleep in night .only she sleeps 2 to 3 hours in night..she don't want to stay at Home..she want that I live with in people.bcz she can't live alone..this incident occurred when she's husband expired due to CKD .in 2019.. what I do i don't understand..she always think about him..she starts weep something with..she tell that my brain is feeling Hollow and chest pain ..she thinks always negative.i has checked all body of her .all is Normal..

In childhood i had trouble differentiating between similar letters like p,q or b,d and almost always took me few seconds to decide which side is right and which is left. Though currently i don't face these problems anymore but i want to know if i had dyslexia or not?

Hi I had a sudden anxiety episode due to some bereavement in the family and due to overthinking my BP and heart rate went high occasionally Visited a doc, first ECG showed sinus trachycardia and after a few days another anxiety episode came, doc advised ECG, was normal with all blood report normal and was put on Inderal 10mg and clonotril 0.25mg twice a day for 4 days then after reports now doctor has reduced clonotril 0.25mg to once a day at night and stop it after 15 days and has given inderal la 40 mg to continue for 1month with follow up later Will there be any problems with side effects after discontinuation of clonotril 0.25 mg?

My only question is I'm taking sulpitac 50 mg and divaa OD 500 MG for scezoaffective Disorder. Now my doc has stopped sulpitac and given me encorate chrono 400 mg . I'm having good sleep also. My only question is encorate chrono a safe substitute for Divaa OD 500 MG. And can medicine be stopped for scezoaffective disorder at some point. I'm feeling fine now.

I am constantly feeling fear and social or public anxiety since 3 years... Can I take venlor or nexito for the same. Also I had taken tryptomer for 1 month but had faced lot of side effects and withdrawal symptoms.... My family is not agree to take treatment from psychiatrist... Also I lost my job in pandemic and I am sitting at home with no work since 3 years.... I really need help. Or advice... Currently taking medicines of fungal infection... After about 4 weeks of 40mg prodep in the morning and petril 0.5mg, kinda better.. now the doctor has prescribed same 40 mg prodep in the morning, 0.25mg petril, Buspin 5mg and in the night 0.25mg petril and 7.5mg mirtaz.. Buspin is a new medicine that I'm taking from today.. and also doctor has reduced petril from 0.5mg in the morning to 0.25mg and asked me to skip afternoon dose of 0.5mg of petril.. will this cause any side effects or increase my anxiety.. how long does it take for Buspin to work? Is prodep and mirtaz working? Am I on the right track? I'm still not completely fine.. suggestions doctors!!
